- Simplify: Simple is achieved through reduction. Continue thinking of ways to simplify even if you think there is nothing left to take away. Complacency will extinguish us. Have the curiosity to explore improvements and new possibilities by thinking boldly, differently and have the backbone to communicate your idea and execute it.
- Standards: Always standardize and set the bar hardcore high. Aim for functions as priority then iterate on forms. Much like all our hiring and development are based on meritocracy and needs. Must raise the performance with every hire.
- Execute: Speed matters and we'll take calculated risks with a bias for action. When the decision is reached, unwaveringly commit to executing. When executing, continuously ask What's Important Now (WIN) to statistically strive to be right significantly more than not.
